Frequently Asked Questions
Few things you might be wondering
1What conditions can a chiropractor treat?
Far more than back pain. We regularly treat neck and back pain, headaches, sciatica, herniated discs, whiplash, and shoulder, hip, and knee problems — plus auto-accident and sports injuries. Not sure if we can help? Call and ask; we'll give you an honest answer.
2Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
In most cases, no — you can book directly with us. If your insurance plan requires a referral, our front desk will walk you through exactly what you need.
3What happens during my first visit?
We start by listening. You'll talk through your history and symptoms, we'll do a focused exam (and imaging if needed), and then we'll explain what's going on in plain English. If it makes sense to begin treatment that day, we often do. You'll leave knowing your diagnosis and your plan.
4How many treatments will I need?
It depends on what's wrong and how long it's been going on. Some patients feel better in a handful of visits; others with chronic issues do best with a longer plan. We'll give you a realistic estimate up front and adjust as you improve — no endless, open-ended packages.
